Downtown Miami is getting ready for luxury with the Paramount Bay

29 Sep

Yesterday I visited the Paramount Bay condo located on Biscayne and 20th street. Honestly when it was first launched back in 2005 I thought the project had no chance of survival because the neighborhood was not ready for such a high end project. Well, 6 years have passed and Downtown is now 100% ready for such a beautiful condo. The project got an $18 million dollars redesign by Lenny Kravitz Design firm and the developer reduced the price by 35% to 40% to an average of $400/sqft.

All the units have magnificent bay views, 10 feet high ceiling and very wide balconies. The feature which I find adds the word luxury to the project is that every unit has a private elevator. Also, let me mention for the beach addicts that included in the price is a 3 years membership to the Eden Roc hotel and beach club. Unfortunately I wasn’t lucky enough to visit the pool and the gym since they are ongoing a facelift. However I can already tell you that you will be able to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset while swimming.

The units are very spacious since a 1 bedroom offers 1,214sqft of living area for a starting price point of $385,000. The 2 bedrooms are around 1,8000sqft and the price point is around $700,000. The 3 bedrooms start in the mid $700,000 to above $1M.

Last but not least, if you were thinking of buying an iPad, wait a little since the developer is offering one to every unit owner at closing.

The opening of the sales is scheduled for next week so feel free to visit my website www.Condoideas.com for more info or contact me at info@condoideas.com
