The developers are back in Miami ! Since the inventory has been depleting for the past year, developers are getting ready to start construction again. In the area, Brickell House is going to be the first one to start pre-sales.Everyone is eager to know more about the Brickell House project since there has been no newness in the condo architectural design lately. All the condos selling at this time have been designed at best in 2005. The glimse of information that I was able to get is very promising. The team is the same as the one who did the Apogee.
