Everyone is eager to know more about the Brickell House project since there has been no newness in the condo architectural design lately. All the condos selling at this time have been designed at best in 2005. The glimse of information that I was able to get is very promising. The team is the same as the one who did the Apogee. The interior designer is going to be Yabu Pushelberg and the architectural firm, Sieger Suarez, who also designed the Murano at Portofino and the Continuum II.
The price positioning is also great since it’s going to be on average in the $375/sqft. So you could reserve a studio for $150,000.
If you want additional information or reserve a unit please visit my website under Brickell House.

150 large for a studio really isn’t that bad, especially for the area. I’ve been considering making the move back to Florida, I might have to give this spot a little look-see. Thanks for the heads up, I’ll be sure to check out Brickell House as well.
