Artecity

27 Jan

This week, Condoideas Realty Group’ team has had the pleasure to discover a new condo located in the heart of South beach, in front of Collins Park. Artecity is what we can call an intimate upscale residential community. ST Residential has bought over the project and is injecting 10 million dollars to finish it.

Located in the pretty agitated South Beach area, Artecity is surprisingly a quiet and relaxing enclave. With two pools, a lounge café, a state of the art gym, a unique service on the beach and lush landscaping all around the property; Artecity is a special place designed for special people.

The project contains 2 new buildings, 1 condo conversion and a few little villas. The 2 new buildings have 412 units of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom ranging from $350.000 to $1.000.000. Of the 412 units, only 64 remain unsold. What we particularly liked about those units is their large balconies and their luxury “hotel style” bathrooms. The penthouses have private rooftop terraces with their own Jacuzzis and give the illusion of a cozy paradise. The contrast is stunning since you are actually located in the most vibrant neighborhood of Miami. In the Governor building only 6 units are left and range from $250.000-$300.000. The last components of the Artecity residential community are the bungalows-style villas located in the tropical garden that gives an enchanting ambiance to the property.

Even if the amenities are not yet up and running, we are thrilled as it has all the ingredients to become one of the most pleasant and trendy condo to live in the neighborhood.
