A few months ago, I was glad to tell you that Brazilians were one of the biggest buyers of Miami real estate. They have almost by themselves rescued the market.

However, Brazilian growth increased by only 0.2% in the first quarter of 2012 and the Real currency lost 21% compared to the US dollar.

I just hope that Miami’s condos will keep attracting Brazilian buyers. Some of the exciting preconstruction projects, like Millecento or Brickell House will for sure continue to attract them.
