As you all know by now, the Genting Group is developing the famous Resort World Miami and we are all looking forward to see the ground breaking this summer. The least we can say is that the plans for the project have surprised me. We all dreamt about the casino but unfortunately it’s not planned yet. Instead the developer decided to go green. A few years ago, the Opera Tower had some troubles selling units. But the issue seems to be resolved. Indeed the building has now sold the 2/3 of its units. What are the reasons for a sudden interest on that building?

Jade Signature: what a project!
Fortune International is once more launching a great project in Miami and more precisely in Sunny Isles. Jade Signature is the result of a great cooperation between this successful developer and the Herzog & de Meuron architects.
