Jade Signature: what a project!

05 Mar

Capture4Fortune International is once more launching a great project in Miami and more precisely in Sunny Isles. Jade Signature is the result of a great cooperation between this successful developer and the Herzog & de Meuron architects. With a parallelogram shape you will easily recognize this building which moreover has no concrete columns to be seen on the outside or in the inside of the condos.

The Jade Signature will have 224 units. The building being slightly tilted, it will provide more southern exposure or southern sun into the condos. This is a great selling point! You will find there from 1 to 6 bedrooms with wide balconies. The amenities will answer all your expectations: three pools, a theatre, a children playground, a gym, a beach grill, a spa, a library and even a breakfast lounge! Nothing is missing!

Last breaking news Jade Signature might be too high to be built that way. Indeed, the Federal Aviation Administration posted that the building could create an electronic interference to passing planes. Let see if the design will be approved.

In any case I am very impatient to see how it all turns out and
