1000 Museum a dream come true!
Are developers running out of imagination or are we in the condo branding era?
We already knew about the Jade Brickell, Jade Ocean, Jade Beach and the last baby known as the Jade Signature. Now we will also have the Echo Aventura and the Echo Brickell. Different geographical areas but same branding.
Just after launching Echo at Aventura, the ingenious Property Markets Group is now developing Echo Brickell. The building will be located at 1451 Brickell Avenue providing 175 opulent residences. Preconstruction condos are sprouting up like mushrooms in Miami!
We have been talking about the recovery of the real estate market for a while now. That’s a fact prices are going up and the inventory is very low. But let me tell you that the best recovery sign is the number of plnned projects for the area. Preconstruction projects are the proofs that developers are planning a long term success for their condos. And if they are planning on building it in Miami that’s only because they are sure that it is a safe bet for their business. How can you disagree with that!
As I try to update as soon as possible our website with news condos I am surprised to see how many projects are being launched. A new face for the South Beach Convention Center!
Every time I pass by the convention center I say to myself that the place really needs some remodelling. That is why I was thrilled last summer when I learnt that voters approved to pay for work on the Miami Beach Convention Center. Indeed, Miami Beach voters gave the City Commission the authority to increase resort tax to finance major improvements to the Miami Beach Convention Center. The funds will be used to expand, enlarge, renovate and improve not only the Convention Center but also the Fillmore Theater, the city hall and a hotel. Read the rest of this entry »
