We have been talking about the recovery of the real estate market for a while now. That’s a fact prices are going up and the inventory is very low. But let me tell you that the best recovery sign is the number of plnned projects for the area. Preconstruction projects are the proofs that developers are planning a long term success for their condos. And if they are planning on building it in Miami that’s only because they are sure that it is a safe bet for their business. How can you disagree with that!

As I try to update as soon as possible our website with news condos I am surprised to see how many projects are being launched.  Just take a look at Miami skyline and you wouldn’t believe how many cranes are part of the new skyline ! So let me try to tell you which project you should keep in mind:

–          1000 Museum, definitely THE ultra luxurious and exclusive condo to be built. The architect is the famous Zaha Hadid, no wonder why the 1000 museum is the most expected building in Miami. With amazing shapes and a futuristic structure the condo will aim the super-upper-class since the starting prices are around $4M.

–          The SLS Brickell, launched by the Related Group and designed by Philippe Starck will offer 450 breathtaking units. I don’t know what you think but for me this cooperation is already synonym of success. The SlS brickell will feature incredible amenities and retail space. Do you know the restaurants Katsuya? Well one will be in the condo!

–          Jade Signature, Fortune International is developing this astonishing 55 stories condo in Sunny Isles. The 224 unit ranging from 1 to 6 bedrooms will feature wide balconies with a direct view of the ocean. With its conceptual shape no concrete columns will be seen on the inside or the outside of the unit. Nothing will disturb your view!
