Are developers running out of imagination or are we in the condo branding era?

19 Apr

CaptureWe already knew about the Jade Brickell, Jade Ocean, Jade Beach and the last baby known as the Jade Signature.  Now we will also have the Echo Aventura and the Echo Brickell. Different geographical areas but same branding.

Just after launching Echo at Aventura, the ingenious Property Markets Group is now developing Echo Brickell. The building will be located at 1451 Brickell Avenue providing 175 opulent residences. I believe that this project will change Miami’s skyline forever knowing that the building will be 750 feet high. That’s massive!

The project will not only be huge but also beautiful, the designer is the famous Carlos Ott. No wonder why Echo Brickell will leave its mark on building designs. With a flame-like silhouette the tower will be Miami’s tallest residential tower. And you won’t believe it: the infinity edge pool will be suspended at 300 feet above ground thanks to a break in the building façade. Above the pool you will be able to exercise in a 4000 square foot gym and spa offering spectacular views of the city and the water. What can you say except that it seems spectacular!

The building will feature another particularity that is not negligible: every unit will be delivered ready for your furnishings and will have deep terraces with summer kitchen where I am sure you can sip a great Miami mojito! I am also excited to try out the Apple-based home technology installed in every unit.

This project is full of promises and I will definitely keep you updated about it on our website, with more pictures and floor plan to be posted.
