Last week I had the chance to get a full presentation of the project 1000 Museum which was mentioned in my newsletter a few weeks back. After 8 years in real estate I am still so enthusiastic to see projects such as this one come to Miami. Here is the exciting news I got and the top secret renderings.

Let’s start from the place where I hope you will all arrive from, the helipad. Yes, on the top of the tower you will find a helipad with a special lounge where you can wait for your friends to arrive. On an architectural point of view, the building is structured around an external skeleton so that there will be no columns or bearing walls inside the units. You could tear down all the walls inside your unit and make it a huge loft.
