Cesar Pelli/Armani Style in Sunny Isles

22 Jul

armani-casa-buildingHere is something really exiting that I want to share in exclusivity with you. This morning I got a sneak peak of the new condo “The Residences by Armani Casa”. This building will be located in between Ocean Two condo and Ocean Club Three condo on Collins and 190th street.
The famous Argentinean architect, Cesar Pelli, will build a landmark in Sunny Isles. He is renowned for having built some of the tallest buildings in the world such as the World Financial Center in New York and the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur. Teamed up with a famous unrevealed designer, this condo will sell like hot cakes. it appears that this designer  has successful hotels in Milan and Dubai but this is a first in residential living.
The price positioning of the Residences by Armani Casa in Miami is also appealing. As of July 2014 units will be around $1000/sqft and will range from 1500sqft to 3000sqft. All of the 250 units in this 57 stories condo will be flow thru residences with oversized balconies and 10feet ceilings. The largest units will also have maid’s quarters.
We are now getting reservations at the Residences by Armani Casa in Sunny Isles so let me know if you are interested so I can send you additional information as I get ahold of it.
