Swire Properties is launching a great new condo in Miami Downtown and   more precisely in the Brickell neighborhood. Lately the company purchased a site at 700 Brickell Avenue for $64 million. They plan to build an Arquitectonica-designed tower. The site is located at the entrance of the Brickell City Centre project.

This new state-of-the-art tower will be called One Brickell City Centre. The 80-story project was specially designed to offer spectacular views above the current Miami skyline. The impressive structure will include condos, retail, Class A offices and even a hotel with a restaurant and a lounge!

Swire Properties is currently trying to convince the city of Miami to approve this tower as an extension of the Brickell City Centre which should be completed in 2015. With sightlines that extend from land to sea, the tower will even highlight the luxury shopping center and the two residential towers of Brickell City Centre. No doubt that you will see me there to admire the complex and to do some shopping!
