Today I showed a unit at the Icon South Beach, and even if you probably already know this building, I decided to write a few things on it. It’s truly my favorite in South Beach and I believe it is a great investment. Located in one of the best spots, the Icon South Beach is a splendid condo designed by Sieger Suarez. Its developer, Jorge Perez from the Related Group, wanted to offer state of the art amenities and spectacular views of the bay and of the ocean to the residents. Well, even 8 years after its construction, every time I enter into the multi-story lobby of the Icon, I think to myself that his bet was won.
