At the beginning of June, the developer Swire Properties opened its sales office for its major work-live-play project in Downtown Miami: Brickell City Centre. The units are currently ranging from $490,000 for a one-bedroom to $2 million, excluding the penthouses.
Nowadays, Brickell City Centre is considered as the masterpiece of Downtown Miami’s redevelopment. Swire Properties is building two 390-unit condo towers to be called Reach and Rise. For the moment, they have only launched sales for the Reach tower. Read the rest of this entry »
