1609-edgewater-pic-blogEdgewater is the new neighborhood of interest blooming in the middle of the most relevant areas of Miami, between the design district and Downtown. Edgewater faces Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. This area has been developing so fast since 2013. The neighborhood didn’t even have a name before that. How is that even possible?! The unique views and the closeness to the Design District, Midtown and the Arts & Entertainment District make it a central and desirable area. It also has an easy and quick access to the Miami International airport.

In the past 3 years this area changed drastically. One of the first developer to venture there was the Related Group when they unveiled the project Paraiso District, a 10 acre master planned community. The project offers tropical waterfront with parks and new luxury condos projected by the most important international architects and designers. Each tower has a well-known designer such as Keith Hobbs London based for Paraiso Bay, the Italian Piero Lissoni for One Paraiso and Gran Paraiso and Karim Rashid for the Paraiso Bayviews condo. This private development attracted celebrities and athletes like DJs or NBA players. The state of the art amenities offer lighted tennis courts, bowling lanes, swimming pools, spa, putting green. The Beach Club has been projected by a famous designer based in NY, Meyers David, and it will host an award restaurant. You will be able to choose among services on request such as jet ski, water surfing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding. They are also planning for a public park that includes an art collection. It’s a half acre waterfront park on Biscayne Bay with an exercise station, a dog park, and a playground. You’ll be able to rent a bike and ride thru the park with your dog.

Hurry because the inventory for the first three towers is almost gone! You can still purchase a condo at Gran Paraiso. Most of the remaining units are on the higher floors and penthouses. All of the 4 towers are still under construction. Paraiso Bay condo has almost topped off.

Edgewater is evolving into a luxurious and family-friendly neighborhood.
