Downtown, your time has come!

Only a few minutes from the beach, enjoy culture & entertainment in Downtown Miami. This wonderful area sprawls over the mainland as well as Dodge Island and Virginia Key. The Port of Miami is the largest passenger port in the world, and one of the largest cargo ports in the United States!

Downtown Miami is one of the easiest parts of town to travel across. In fact, the Metromover and Metrorail, as well as several bus lines, provide connections between Downtown Miami’s different attractions and to the rest of the city, but private vehicles, taxis, and rideshare services are generally the best ways to get around. Right across the river, you can discover Little Havana and its Latin American art galleries, and busy cafes. Now let’s talk about the ongoing transformation changing the face of Downtown.

Any Miamians will tell you Brickell is the mini Manhattan of Miami, the hub of international finance, dining, arts, and entertainment of Magic City. In fact, Brickell Avenue is the most popular condo market area in the all-state of Florida. Can you believe 1 out of 3 condos sold in Miami-Dade is in Brickell!

Downtown was far behind, but its time has finally arrived. For the best. A couple of investors realized the need was there, and the space as well. They saw a market, especially for short-term rentals, vacations, or business-oriented trips. When this precise public comes down to Miami, they’re looking for this specific scenery: luxury condos with a view, 5 minutes from the water. This entire neighborhood raised more than 1 billion dollars in upcoming projects! INSANE!

Downtown is on its way to a great transformation. More buildings are in the pipeline to be introduced this year, and this is a fabulous announcement for this area that has been disliked by the people for many years.

The 5 projects coming up within the next years:

It is very interesting and will lead to conversations about real estate and how to provide housing for everyone in this tight market.
