Swire Properties is launching a great new condo in Miami Downtown and more precisely in the Brickell neighborhood. Lately the company purchased a site at 700 Brickell Avenue for $64 million. They plan to build an Arquitectonica-designed tower. The site is located at the entrance of the Brickell City Centre project.
This new state-of-the-art tower will be called One Brickell City Centre. The 80-story project was specially designed to offer spectacular views above the current Miami skyline.
