We are currently in a preconstruction cycle that has started in 2012. All preconstruction that have been already completed have a very large inventory. There are still 11,000 preconstruction units left to be built and the inventory is foreseen to be even bigger than before!

We have been talking about the recovery of the real estate market for a while now. That’s a fact prices are going up and the inventory is very low. But let me tell you that the best recovery sign is the number of plnned projects for the area. Preconstruction projects are the proofs that developers are planning a long term success for their condos. And if they are planning on building it in Miami that’s only because they are sure that it is a safe bet for their business. How can you disagree with that!
