The most innovative aspect of the Porsche Design Tower condo will be the three glass elevators that will take residents directly to their units while they will be still sitting in their cars, enjoying an incredible oceanfront view.

Robotic arm system puts the car into the elevator and parks it, leaving the resident in front of his door in only 45 to 90 seconds.

Moreover, occupants will be able to enjoy a view on their car from their living rooms.

However, to enjoy this world first incredible building amenity, it could cost up to $9 million.
